Hillside Family Medicine offers a full spectrum of Occupational Medicine including all classes of FAA Medical Clearance Exams, Coast Guard, Marine and diving exams, Executive Physicals, and Workers Compensation case management. In addition, our providers are Certified Medical Examiners with the Department of Transportation which enables them to perform CDL and DOT physical exams. We are not able to provide Drug and Alcohol testing or Respirator Mask Fit testing.

FAA Medical Clearance Exams are provided by Dr. John Nolte & Dr. Julie Stewart.

Beginning in January 2024 Dr. John Nolte, Dr. Murray Buttner, and PA-C Rachel Coleman will be the only providers to continue as Certified Medical Examiner with the Department of Transportation to perform CDL and DOT physical exams.
