Joshua Carnes, PA‑C

Joshua Carnes, PA‑C joined Hillside Family Medicine in 2026. He has worked in urgent care, orthopedics, and occupational medicine since 2020. His background includes comprehensive patient assessment, minor procedures, major and minor joint injections, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging. Joshua earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY. He is nationally certified and holds additional credentials including Certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation (DOT).

He enjoys collaborating with patients and families, providing education, and helping individuals manage both acute and chronic conditions. Josh is excited to serve the Anchorage community and support patients in achieving long‑term wellness.
